At Advanced Carpets & Restoration, we take pride in providing the most effective and efficient carpet cleaning services across Queenstown, Wanaka, Cromwell, Alexandra, and Hawea. We use the industry’s gold-standard method of Hot Water Extraction, which is recommended by most carpet manufacturers for its ability to thoroughly clean your carpets and eliminate nearly all contaminants.

Our powerful 31HP machine penetrates deep into the carpet fibers, sending hot water into the carpet and immediately extracting it back out, ensuring a deep clean that reaches the bottom layers—not just the surface, as many other cleaning methods do. This process removes dirt, allergens, and 99% of germs hiding in your carpets, ensuring your home or business has clean, fresh, and healthy carpets.

By choosing Hot Water Extraction, you can be confident that your carpets are not only visually clean but also free from bacteria, dust mites, and other harmful contaminants. Whether you need a one-time deep clean or regular maintenance, we’re here to help keep your carpets in top condition.

If you're in need of professional carpet cleaning services, contact us today. We provide customized cleaning solutions to meet the needs of your home or commercial property across Central Otago and the Southern Lakes.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I CLEAN MY CARPETS?

This is a question we frequently get asked and really depends on your different circumstances. For most residential carpets 12 monthly is significant however if you have a lot of inside pets you may wish to have this done more frequently.

For commercial sites this varies. Heavy traffic areas we would recommend 3-6 monthly whereas low traffic areas would be 6-12 monthly.

Please call us and we are happy to discuss your individual needs and make a maintenance plan that suits your business and budget.
